    Default gramma leaf blotches

    Hi,
Can anyone tell me what's wrong with this grammatophylum's leaves? The underside is whitish (2nd picture), I wiped it with neem oil solution and it was dirty. The top is faded (3rd picture). Is it attacked by pests? Over sun exposure?

Are they black spots?? My gramma keeps getting these black things that leave a white sticky stuff all over the underneath as well and I'm sooooooo sick of it. lol In fact i've just unpotted and washed and repotted mine in an effort to stop the icky things...yet again. And why don't plants in trees get these things??? I so hate bugs!

    Hi, thanks for your replies.
Attached are larger images, although not too clear.
It may be spider mites as Ron mentioned, as I did notice some webs underneath. There is a new growth though, so I presume the roots are fine.

Take no prisoners. After treatment be sure to increase the humidity level to avoid further infestation.

    Cheers,
