Your flowers look very large and healthy! The leaves may be from sunburn. I keep mine so the leaves are shaded at the hottest part of the afternoon.

When I set my cymbidiums outside for the summer and fall. they get burns from the sun. I don't shade them at all.

i was thinking it might be sunburn too lol, i moved it so now it will only get morning and afternoon sun, and it will be under a shade when its noon sun. i got it 6 weeks ago and it had more flowers but 1/3 of them already fell off

i'm afraid to leave it under full sun because in colorado the sun rays are stronger than most places, especially during the summer. it will still get alot of sun and if not i will move it back =)

The burns could be from water droplets getting direct sunlight and magnifying the intensity of the light.
