Default black and white on vandas

Attached are 2 pictures of vandas. Both have black streaks, and the other has white ones as well. Is this fungus, or sun burn? What should be applied?

I doubt that its sunburn.... I would apply fungicide and insecticide as it looks like something
    is eating on the leaves.

Have you checked for mites? Tiny rust colored specs. I know they can cause 'bleaching'.

I agree. Better treat it at the least with a fungicide. Good luck and keep us posted.
