Default does this leaf look fungus-y?

This plant just bloomed for me a few weeks ago! Does this leaf look like a fungus? I already cut it back once. I am not using any chemicals right now so if it is a fungus, is there anything organic I can do?

I'd cut it back about an inch or two behind those dark, pitted areas and then cinnamon the cut....

Hard to say. Given the relative size and scarring, it looks like an older leaf from when the plant was immature. Leaf-tip rots are usually darker brown, so the plant may just be abandoning that one in preparation for new growth. Older leaves will often yellow up from the tips and drop off, especially if you've increased the plant's light and / or water recently. If that's the case, cutting the leaf back won't keep the yellow from spreading.
