    Default catt with root rot

HI, guys...I have a catt with root rot. I trimmed all the roots off and it has a new lead about 4-5 inches long with no roots yet. What do you think of the chances of barefooting it in a clay pot in my greenhouse? 75-80 degrees f day and 70%rh-62 degrees night. Should I put some damp moss in the bottom of the pot? What?
    Thanks, Remo

I would leave it barefoot and keep it misted around the PBs and the roots. Keep the root zone down in the pot where the sun does not beat down on it and give it some time.

Hi Remo. I bought back in february a couple of catts with severely rotten roots. All I did was to repot and use root growth stimulator, and the results were very good.

    Thanks, Don.
Gabi, what was the material you used as the stimulus to the roots? I've got superthrive, KLN all kinds of junk...

    Thank you Patty!
Remo, I don't think you will find the product there in USA, it is called Atonik, and it contains some chemical sodium based compounds, that stimulate root growth. But I've heard that superthrive works very good as well.
