I think I could live without the thought of intelligent arachnids. Spiders are bad enough, but if they actually get smart enough to use that creepiness I am sunk. I don't mind bats or snakes, but bugs (yes I know spiders are not technically bugs) creep me out.

Haha! Well, I hope you don't eat lobster or crab...because they're basically arachnids and cockroaches that live under the sea! They're all related.

Actually I love crab, and always say they are giant sea spiders.

I love crab...and lobster. But I refuse to ever get lobster because I can't stand to think they put the poor things in boiling water fully alive. It's just cruel to me. That and you pick out your own lobster in the tank at some places...horrible! It's like going to the pet store and picking out a kitten to eat.

Kind of agree with you there, sand tiger. Lobster isn't as tasty to me either. Love me some crab though.

I'm sure they do. I don't order crab very often, either. But you know...at least when I do, I don't have to pick him out. lol

It's own type of arachnid? Well it deserves that distinction considering, it has a look and behaviour all its own.

I used to eat crab, never had lobster but I stopped eating em when I found out what they ate. Love shrimp too but they're just as bad as the other crustaceans when it comes to their food, not really feeling the carrian and poo eating thing.

Crabs are predatory by nature and eat other animals small/weak enough for them to capture. They don't eat anymore crap than a cow or any other animal who just happens to ingest it from it being near-by. haha Shrimp also feed off of plankton, tiny fish and other small animals...I'm not sure who told you crustaceans live off of feces but...they don't. haha!
