Default Black & white spots on Phals

I have a few Phals with some type of ailment. Two have these black spots that look like a bit of rot. The one with the torn leaf actually rotted a little. I am not sure what it is or if I should cut the leaf off to prevent it from spreading. This plant just started to rebloom again and I am worried that I might hurt it. Thoughts?

The leaf with the white spots is also a concern. It does not seem to be a bug. I did keep all of these outside over the summer and they seemed to all do extremely well. Please help.

Sunburn and probably a grasshopper or other critter nibbling on your plant. The spots on the top of the 'chewed' leaf may need some attention. I would take a clean razor blade and simply cut the leaf below those horrible spots and tears (on the really bad leaf) and seal the edge with either sulfur powder or cinnamon powder. the leaf with out tears will be fine. It just got sun burn probably due to water sitting on the leaf during the sunny part of the day.

    cheers,
    BD

This could be caused by a microfungus or a virus and it is commonly seen in phal. It may also be caused by microscopic mites due to this the leaves appear like yellow and chlorosis develops into necrotic, sunken, darkened spots looks like burnt and red-brown color appear on lower leaves. spray with a fungicide to save your plant with this type of fungus.
