    Default Virus?

I noticed one of the blooms of my Don Wimber has a slight color striation, could it be an indication of a virus? Or is it natural for some color variation to appear on blooms?

When the bloom opened it looked normal, only this week has the color changed.

I have never heard of a color break developing on an opened flower from a virus. ????

    I lied!

Looking back at an original bloom photo, the striation was there when the bloom first opened. Hopefully this helps make more sense.

At this point I wouldn't be over concerned. At times a color break can happen without a virus. If you want to be sure, you can send a leaf off to a lab to be tested.
Are all the leaves clean looking?

Everything else looks good, including the second bloom. Maybe I will chalk it up to repotting in a new medium while in spike.

Off topic a bit, but it's also completely gorgeous! (and I'm not much of a slipper fan)

    Good growing!
