Thanks Dwllama....Another month later and more blooms. This is Taiwan Queens 'Golden Monkey' AM/AOS. She is a beauty, and thankfully, no more leaf spots. So it must have been rain on the leaves overnight that caused the deformities.

Bacterial damage, yes, beyond any doubt. But its not just water. Leaves are wet in the jungle, but this kind of damage is rarely seen.
The culprit is fertiliser, which left on the leaves, feeds the bacteria to build up a big population. Then when the fert' is used up, they attack the leaves.
Many of the mass produced orchids seen in the shops are produced by industrial methods which involve everything being done automatically - which means overhead watering including all the feeding. So why do they ave perfect leaves ? Answer, they switch off the fert, give 30 seconds flush with plain water, then 5 seconds with a disinfectant solution e.g.Physan.
Regrettably the damaged leaves won't heal or cure, but a disinfectant flush then keep them dry will prevent more.

Thanks Geoff, very good information. Makes sense, doesn't it. I have no problem any more.
