Default Is this aerangis a loss?

Since I've gotten this aerangis it's always had black blotches on the leaves which have never been a problem or spread to other plants. I would spray it from time to time with physan just in case. The new leaves had grown in without them. I've had the plant for over a year.
Since the last watering there are now brown spots all over the leaves including the new ones as well as tiny indents everywhere. Sorry the camera won't allow me to focus any closer. Is this plant basically a loss?

I have had the same problem 2 years ago. I blame it on an neglected mite infection and that many of my plants we susceptable for secondary fungal infections. The nect year I was more keen on these problems and sprayed against mites and I don't have the problem anymore.
Looking at the heart leaf I think the problems are behind you but just be alert.

I'll keep an eye on it. Hopefully it will bloom. It spiked once before and died.
