Looks like it needs to be cleaned up and potted in a fresh mix that will hold a bit of moisture. Keep it in lower light for about a week after repotting to let it get used to it's new home then bring it back into normal lighting. Do not get water on the leaves (or at least not any that will not dry-off quickly). Good luck!

    cheers,
    BD

Due to overwatering or stay wet for extended period, the roots are mushy now & cannot absorb water anymore. So, the leaves shrivel & turn brown.

As BD said, trim all mushy roots. Cut off yellow leaves. After that, spray with fungicide thoroughly (Repeat fungicide spray once every three days for about three week).

Then pot in fresh potting mix. For this type of orchids, I prefer to use either mesh pot or wooden basket to provide good air-circulation. Then keep in bright shade. Don't water it as it doesn't have root to absorb water. Instead spray the plant in the morning to keep moist. You can resume normal watering once it produces new roots. Remember the key is to let it slightly dry out between watering. Once it established, introduce it to normal lighting gradually.

    Good luck.

The roots are firm and healthy. I just repotted it in Orchiata. Do you think it may have received too much light? I had it on my balcony, it is not hot here, 66 max.

Why there are some cut on some leaves? It could also be lack of humidity couple with some direct sunlight.

The leaves were wrinkled when I got the plant, and not have since. The cut leaves are because they had spots on them.. My humidity runs around 65-70 %

Then probably due to bacterial/fungal infection which normally started as spots & often turn yellow. I think you have already removed all yellowing leaves. So, just keep spraying with fungicide for the time being.
