Default yellow streaked and spotted leaves

Do you think this is bacterial? If so, what treatment do you suggest? If not bacterial, what do you feel the problem is...and how should I treat it? None of these areas are soft and mushy...all are firm. Neither are they raised or sunken. Also, I cannot tell yet if the small, new leaves are going to be affected.

Don't worry. These are mild sunburns. No bacterial or fungus problem.

This happens when sun direction changes( and your phals get more light than usual) & you keep in the same place.

Or you suddenly move to new place where it get strong light.

You can move to a place where it getting less light or leave them there & they will acclimatize soon(but watch out any serious sun burn).

And also avoid watering late & spraying oil based products in the late morning.

Oh, I see my mistake...thank you. My phals sit together on a bench almost all the way back in my greenhouse, but the sun can be quite strong even there. I have some extra pieces of shade cloth that I can add on top of the 60% in the back. Oh, and I do water my potted plants in the morn., but I mist my mounted orchids in the very late afternoon. Maybe I should change my misting time of the day in case the mist might fall on my plants...I really haven't noticed closely.
    Thanks for your advice,
    Vicki
