Default Black Spots on cattleya jeweler's art

I'm hoping I can finally show you my cattleya problem. I keep getting these black spots. I've cut away half the plant but I'm still getting them. Can someone tell me what it is. I hate to lose it.

Either sun burn or I suspect infection. Treat with Physan or an anti-fungal ASAP. Also, ensure plenty of air movement around this plant. Check too to make sure there is not any direct sunlight hitting this plant. One summer, after a hail-storm in the spring, I notices lots of weird burns happening to my orchids. The hail had caused small openings in the roof shade-cloth and direct light would come through those openings and burn leaves.

    cheers,

    Smile Physan on the way!

Thank you very much for your advice. I just mixed up some Physan this morning while waiting to hear if it was appropriate. This plant is one of my first and it's been able to withstand my unintentional abuse. My plants are so glad I found you. Thanks again.
