On my Gramms!
The only chemical I've used was Physan20 diluted but I doubt that is the cause plus, it did not affect the other orchids but you never know!
Bleach or chemical????
If you have spilt something on it that will be there to stay, but any new growths should grow clear.
It looks like that virus which is present on a lt of dendrobiums from Taiwan, but I have never seen it on a phally. Definitely not Physan, ad I think bleach would do more damage than this. Call it mystery measles, and keep it apart from your orchids until you see what happens next.
I've only seen this identical feature on plants that had been or still may be infested with mealy bugs. Only I've seen it on Bromeliads not orchids. If this is the case, however, you will want to throw out the old soil, spray off the roots and use diluted rubbing alcohol to wipe off the leaves.
