Default Perhaps a stupid question on Dendrobium Orchid roots

Why is it that one of my Dens roots have stopped growing while the others continue to grow? They were growing well until about two weeks ago. No changes in care. Is it normal or do I need to do something about it like change the media. I am considering using S/H but, I believe the roots have to be growing to start it.Name: IMG_0467.jpg

roots don't continue to grow forever. If the plant looks healthy (the roots sure do) I would not worry.

Sure looks healthy to me. When did you last pot it?
If it is time, after removing media soak the plant is water until the roots are pliable and then stick them in the new pot.

It's a healthy looking plant. Don't worry about it. I just love all those roots outside the pot.
