Default Yellow and Now More Yellow Leaves

I'm in North Florida, and two weeks ago moved this orchid out of shady spot where it was a pretty dark green but happy into a little brighter spot. It lightened up pretty quickly. About two weeks later night temperatures were headed down to mid forties so I brought it in to my shower area where I generally keep my orchids in the winter. It continued to lighten to olive color leaves with a light yellow splotchy pattern. Each plant had one lower leaf that yellowed, which didn't bother me too much. Those have fallen off and now I am getting 2 or 3 lower leaves on each stalk. Humidity in shower is 60% Temperature is 73. They were getting watered twice daily outside. Now once a day. I'm new to this upload, Hopefully picture is displayed.

Dendrobium orchids like to dry out like cattleya orchids after being watered. Make sure you give it that drying time.

    cheers,

Nice big plant! When I move my plants into the greenhouse they do the same thing. Orchids generally resent being moved around. One issue though with being indoors...do you have a small fan near the dendrobium? I either crack the window they are near or put a small fan nearby for air movement. You will find that whatever is yellowing your leaves should stop once the air movement is better. Can't wait to see it in bloom...

Thanks for the assist. The plant seems to have settled in to the new location. And I remember it did the same thing when I first brought it home in early spring last year. By the way, during the summer the plant seemed to grow well when it was shaded by nearby bushes and in a very wet location. However the leaves were a little darker green, and it only re flowered a few flowers after I bought it . Should it be blooming more often? Thanks Mark
