Default Pill bug looking critter in orchids....

I'm guessing I have these pill bug looking critters because I have been neglecting to repot.... Now I'm wondering what are they? Do they do damage to the orchids, and how do I get rid of them?

    Thx for any insights!!

I'm not sure what it is or if it is harmful, but I would do my best to remove them. Repotting sounds like a good idea!

Looks like a juvenile pill bug. I agree - time to re-pot!
