Default Whats wrong with my plants?

Does anybody have any idea what's wrong with these plants? The first pic is actually my friends plant and she lives in Florida. The leaves are turning purple. I am thinking to much sun? The others are mine and I live in WI and its quite a bit cooler here. I am thinking possibly bacterial or its getting to cool at night possibly?

picture 1 seems to be due to sun exposure combined possibly with magnesium deficiency.
picture 2 and picture 3 appear to be fungal infection to me.

some of the orchids develop the purple/black spots and are quite natural to them and would be seen on all the leaves. e.g some varieties of oncidiums

The first is absolutely an indicator of too much sun.

The second one unfortunately looks just like what killed my Lc. Mari's Song which turned out to be black rot from lack of light and air exposure.

The third looks almost like an infection known as Phyllosticta. It is also usually caused by insufficient light and although it doesn't kill the plant itself it can weaken it making it prone to insects and other diseases/infections. Do you tend to leave your plants closely grouped together? Sometimes this can lead to insufficient airflow in outdoor plants where a person thinks it must be getting air since its outside and all (not that I have
EVER thought that at one point. lol)

I think just a little more light and space could help out these last two and the opposite lighting with the first. If the second is confirmed black rot surgery would be the way to go and before it gets to late. It may make the plant look like swiss cheese for awhile (sorry its lunch time here and Im starved) but if it saves it its worth it!
