    Default Are my seedlings diseased?

These are recently defllasked seedlings that I potted in semi hydroponics. I'm suspicious of the color they're turning at the base, but should I be concerned? If so, what should I do? I already sprayed with with a copper based fungicide just in case.

Can't see anything wrong with the plants at all. To me they are grossly "over potted" & the clay balls are way too big. From what I do see the plants are crying out for moisture & food with a little less air around the roots. If straight out of flask as you say, they should be started off in a finer mix till established then & only then progressed to hydro.

Thanks! I heard you can't overpot in semi hydro which is why I tried this. But you're right, I hadn't factored in particle size.
