Default Vanda losing leaves and yellowing

    Hello,
I bought this vanda back in the spring and it was thriving until about a month ago when the lower leaves started to yellow and drop off. Its in a bright position and gets misted daily and fed every week and a half with orchid myst. I am fairly new to vandas so any solution would be very much appreciated!

Attaching a picture would help us to understand. Lower leaves are old and Vanda tends to shed it off. One or two yellowing leaves are fine. You can just cut it using sterilize tools. But if it is losing the lower leaves at an alarming rate surely something is happening. Take some photos at the lower leaves near the roots.

My vandas only do that when too dry unless you see direct evidence of some scale or other critters. Even if I misted daily, a slight breeze could dry it too much for it to thrive. In a case like that, I would mist morning and early afternoon, and/or move it to a less breezy area. Still, it would be best if you could post some pics.

Have any of the environmental factors changed. How many leaves are falling off. Do fairly new leaves look unhealthy?
