    Default Bees?

I found a scale on one of my plants. The last scale issue I dealt with was a disaster. I am seriously tempted to use malathion, but I worry about the bees. There are lots of hives here. Any input to help on that front?

Use rubbing alcohol and warm water and spray and then wash off the residue or use Neem based pesticide containing azadirachtin compound.

I'm no longer a fan of malathion, but instead Seven (liquid form). It has all but eliminated my scale problems. As for the Bees - I'm not sure if it would hurt them or not. Seven is made to use on fruits and veggies.
