    Hi. I waited some more and then decided to cut the stem in half. Even though some roots were green the stem was completely dry, so that means no humidity got to the leaves at all. There was no purple ring around the stem. No real reason. So lost it. Good luck with yours. Don't move it around too much, it gets stressed.

    Sorry about it. Looks like some kind of vascular infection where the vascular system is infected and eventually becomes bone dry.

    Sorry about this as well. But it was a plant only. Just plan to get another plant. There are some nice primary, vigorous growing hybrids for sale in Florida all the time.
