Default Splotchy, yellow discoloration on leaves

Over the last few months I've noticed some splotchy areas on some of my orchid leaves. Mostly on dendrobiums but on some other species as well. They are not in the same location, and are all exposed to different and varying degrees of light, so I don't think it's that they're getting too much sunlight. Otherwise they are all growing and blooming well. Any ideas, suggestions and solutions welcome.

I'm sorry to say this, but I believe you're dealing with a virus.

The only way to have any grasp on whether it is truly a virus and what kind is to test the plants. I recommend Agdia Immunostrips.

There are no remedies for viruses in plants.

Concur with Ray. check wth the strips to confirm if these are viruses. if yes, just burn them to protect the other orchids in your collection.
