This is a discussion on Orchids With No New Growth within the Orchid Ailments / The Compost Pile forums, part of the Orchid Culture category; I got two new orchids a few months ago and in that time neither one ...
I got two new orchids a few months ago and in that time neither one of them has had any new growth. No new roots or leaves. One is in good condition, leaves are green and firm with no root loss. The other was in pretty bad shape when I got it, limp and wrinkly leaves. It had pretty good roots but over the last few months they've died, along with a couple leaves. One is in moss, the other semi-water culture, and they both get fertilized every other week.
I'm at a loss at what to do, any help would be appreciated.

Also include some photos, very difficult to help with out seeing what you are talking about.
Check the roots. If they are healthy, re-pot them in a bark mix.
Agreed with Ray and Jack. Definitely need some photos. The one in good condition but not growing maybe still adapting to its new home.
