fungus among us?

    I'd go with Physan, but make sure you get Physan 20 and not Physan 27. The latter is industrial strength and you don't want it anywhere near your living space.

    oh, wow. glad you said something, if i had seen both on a shelf i would have grabbed 27 for sure! yikes!

    anyway, i am off to the boxes to try to find a better fungicide!

    If you'd read the directions on Physan 27, you'd avoid it. I think it requires a mandatory 48 hours before you can re-enter the space after you've sprayed!

    holy crap!

    well, i couldn't find physan or shield around here, so i re-sprayed with what i already had, and i'm going to order some physan off online.

    it comes concentrated and i have to mix it, i guess? cause the bottles they have to order seem kinda pricey for the size..

    Yes, you dilute it. It will last quite a while, and it's a good idea to do a preventative spray when you aquire new plants or move plants outside/inside.

    Fungi are opportunistic and will often attack plants that are stressed. So those are the best times for preventative spraying. Changing growing conditions (moving inside or out, neglect, damage, sunburn, etc.)
