There are fungal infections that do not start at the crown rather in the rhizome. These can spread throughout a plant with great speed.
Cool that the vender was willing to replace them. For those of you who get the name from Julie & then order from them, might be nice if you let them know that part of the reason you chose to place an order w/ them was because of the excellant customer service a friend was given. Always good for someone to hear that their good service is recognized & appreciated.
