    Yup the leaf. Young leaves of many orchids will be red in enough light. This is for protection from too much red light. I think your plant is getting the right amount of lighting. I think the leaf will loose the red pigments as it get more mature

    Ahh. Well, some of the red has gone away and the leaf is starting to pick itself up again. You must have been right. Thank you very much~!
