Default Houston ... we have a problem

Something is ailing my Macodes and I'm not sure what. Lost a lot of the older leaves over the last several weeks [just didn't get around to posting sooner]

    Discolorations like this:

kept appearing on the leaves. Eventually the entire leaf dies off. Checked for mites [swabbed several leaves with an alcohol dampened cottonball as well as regular visual inspection] but didn't find any. Conditions haven't changed at all in my terr so at a loss as to what the probelm may be.

One of the stems looked like it may have been snail damage [cannot get rid of the &$@$#* things]. Haven't seen any real sign of munching on the leaves though.

Has there been a fluctuation in either humidity or temp? I lost mine one winter for it didn't care for my winter 60 degree low.

My temps stay pretty consistent in the tank -- heat due to the lights.

Not sure if there has been a major humidity swing -- that is usually quite consistent too. Though the temp job I have at the moment has kept me scrambling so I can't say 100% for certain that humidty hasn't had a major swing

Hi, Looks like what happened to mine, not sure what caused it, my guess was to wet. Is it normal for them to lose old leaves ? Gin
