Default Contacting buyers

I cannot seem to locate a method for contacting the buyer on OrchidBids. Maybe it is just the early morning sleepies in my eyes, but I don't see anything for that.

LOL... In the listing on your member's page where it shows who won an item, there is a link to click on that person's information (email address, shipping address, etc...). Also, if they pay by paypal, you get an email from paypal of the payment and you can login there to see the shipping address and email address of the buyer.

Cheers,
BD

OK, I see the auction in the "Sold Items" section on my member's page. It does not show the winner there. I click on the auction title and it takes me to the auction page. I can see the winner there, but can only find a link to the feedback page. There is no personal information listed there.

What am I missing. I am NOT this dense, really. Just for the sake of clarity, please pretend I am and be VERY descriptive.

Hi Steven,

Here is the step by step:

1. log into your account.
2. Click on "selling" tab in the member's area
3. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and you will see " » Sold Items : ( 'X' items ) / View Sold Item Details
4. Click on the VIEW SOLD ITEMS DETAILS link.
5. This will open a page called "BID WINNER CONTACT INFORMATION"
6. Scroll down to the most recent item (at the bottom of the list) and you will see the address, phone number, and email of the buyer.

Let me know if you still have trouble.

Cheers,
BD

Go to Obids and sign in. Go to members area. Go to selling. You'll see your auctions, at the bottom is a link to see details.
