It is time to celebrate another winner and special member of our community. It really makes my day to announce that Connie (Cjcorner) is OrchidTalk's Member of the Month for September 2011. Thank you Connie for making such a difference in this community. You go out of your way to help whenever you can and you are so appreciated!!

Connie is a long time member here who, as one member put it "...puts her heart into the mission of this forum by helping others".

Another member had this to say about Connie when nominating her "...the best overall candidate would be Connie out of Florida. First she has become a diverse and avid orchid grower who truly has learned how to take care of and get some of the best results from her orchids. Second, she is never condescending and always considerate when giving advice. That advice is usually detailed and concise at the same time. She gives help to newbies freely and without judging what they have done. Third, she posts photos and stories often in support of the Forum and our hobby...."

And still another member commented about Connie's friendliness "... and there are so many people who should win this award but Cjcorner in FL is my choice. She was one of the first people to answer my questions...."

So many people had such nice things to say about Connie when nominating her for this award. Thanks to everyone who participated this month. We hit an all time record of members being nominated this month!

And most especially, thank you, Connie, for helping us achieve our mission here in this community: 'Bringing people together to grow orchids better'. Congratulations!
