I will be there, Gin. LOL. Guess I have to be since I am the president of the hosting society. heh.. I will have a booth there too. After judging is over, I will put a sign up on our exhibit for OrchidTalk Orchid Forums. Maybe it will help attract new members!

I hope the members of OrchidTalk from Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, and Arkansas will make the trek to NWA. When my society hosted the show in 2005 we had people from 13 states at the show. We (Louis and I) were vendors at that show, so I did not get to enjoy all the fun events. This time, the only horses I have in the race are two exhibits (mine for OrchidTalk and the OSO society exhibit), saying a few words at the luncheon on Saturday on behalf of the society, and the overall layout & design of the show. Photo below of the drafting.



The room is 76' wide by 150' long. The vendor areas are noted with letters. There will be 50 exhibits. The large one in the center is the OSO exhibit.

If OrchidTalk people want to get together at the event, lets set something up. I would love to meet any new members and see old friends.

I'll be there too! Although not as much in demand as Bruce, I'll be running around helping where I can. I am also jumping off the deep end and doing my own exhibit for the first time ever! Aaaah! I'd love to see other forum members

I will be there! While I'm not doing my own exhibit, I will have a couple of plants in the ArOS exhibit. I would love to meet all of y'all, Bruce, Sadie, & Gin, and anyone else that goes for that matter. I am kinda short, and I have long black hair that will be in a ponytail, so if you see me, grab me and introduce yourself please...

I'm excited to see you all -- although the whip and the chair may discourage me from meeting Gin until AFTER she's had a chance to visit the vendor tables. If you are there on Friday, I'll be one of the four people working on plant registration--we'll be obvious, black t-shirts that say RAP. (No, not rappers, but registration assistance personnel.)

I believe the show is not open to the public until Saturday morning. I just finished loading my truck with my display, the OSO display, and my flowers. I still have to print my plant labels, but I am almost ready to go. I will be there sometime in the morning.
