Question, what followed you home? hehehe.
You are very welcome. I brought home several plants this year. Three are from the Mokara tubs...two Acampe Papillosa cuttings...an Aerides Lawrenciae, Ascocenda cross...and Aerangis Biloba and one mounted cattleya hybrid that has sunny yellow flowers. I'll post those later...I haven't even edited those pics yet! lol

I had never seen Encyclia adenocaula before. Beautiful! Lots of nice plants no two ways about it. The Dendrochilum really is elegant in full bloom, and excellant color on the Milt spectabile. Nice to see the Angulea -- that's another I rarely see at shows.

Very nice array of bulbos! Looks like a lot of crosses with Echinolabium are coming to fruition.

Some nice displays and well filled sales tables.

Some sweet catts there! Particularly like that yellow catt with the heavy spotting (pic#3) and the bright clear yellow with dark purple lip (pic #5)!

Very nice array of colors for this batch of vandas and ascos.

Thanks so much for posting those pictures. Great shots. I know it's not easy to take pictures at a big show.

As it happens, the gentleman that runs the show also runs a local hardware store so my husband talked to him for me a few days before the show. I was allowed to come in 30 minutes before they opened so I could get pictures before the crowds arrived. It really gets difficult even getting through the crowd in my chair...let alone taking pics as well. I was glad they let me in early. I was able to get nearly all the awarded plants photographed before it got too crazy. It's also nice to be able to see what is there because at the shows the early shopper gets the nicest plants. lol

Connie, thanks so much for bringing us along. What a great show! Appreciate your posting all these great pics also. Never been to an orchid show yet, but next week I hope to change that up in Gainesville!
