Oh, Yew, you don't know what you've done! Such beautiful paphs (already my favorite orchid). I don't have any species from the Insigne Section, but I'll be looking for charlesworthii now - what a pretty pink dorsal sepal in many of those! I' already love the fairrieanums. And the pure whites! Never seen such a lovely shape and substance - they almost look like they're made of porcelain!

Just saw the vinicolors and now I absolutely need a La Rosiere. I wonder if I could manage to become a volunteer for the Eric Young Foundation.... I like the Channel Islands, so who knows.

Glad you like the paphs. I did - a lot. They were really more impressive in real life than in the fotos. I particularly liked the Gloria Naugles

    Hi Yew
Thanks for sharing these photos. The Show must have been breath taking judging from your pics.
Sorry to hear of your shoulder injury. Best wishes for a speedy healing.
The group from our Orchid society who went to the show have not returned home as yet, so I am looking forward to a report from them and their pics.
    Best wishes.

Hi Yew - You've got to stop this - my orchid wish-list is mounting by the moment - and you weren't happy with the photos? They're great! Is that white paph "Freedom Flyer" or is that the one behind it. It was in the background of another shot you took and I was straining my eyes trying to get a better look at it. I think it's stunning! I love the cym, too, but I absolutely have to have that Zygopetalum. I haven't done great with the 2 I've had, but I recognize this one from one of the catalogs I get, and I'm going after it!

Thanks again, and Good Morning to you!

    Maura
