2007 Japan Grand Prix Orchid Show
YES!!! It looks like I am going to make it to the Japan show this year! I am currently arranging my next trip to Japan and am twisting a few arms to make sure it happens at the same time as the show. The show runs 2/23 - 3/4, and I am currently planning to arrive in Tokyo on 2/24. I'm going to try to make contact with Toshinori Tanaka and his paph group too. There will be some serious picture taking going on if I get there!!
(no buying though)

Oh man...I'm so jealous! Toshi, too! I e-mailed back and forth with him last winter when my unifloral Paphl put up two blooms. He had a broken link on his Website for an article on that, and I wanted to read it.
Buy more camera memory!

Wow!!!! What a wonderful opportunity. Hard work does have its rewards. Perhaps this will help make up for all of those long hours in the air and away from home. Have fun!!!

How wonderful for you! Nothing better than to be able to plan a fun trip around work (if you have to be there anyway). Have a great time and take tons of pictures!

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box. ...Hmmm? .

Wow, I am so envious. Although, it can be quite tiring running from your work to the show.

I should have known...
I should never have mentioned the possibility of being sent on to Hong Kong and Singapore.. The plan now is to be in Singapore on the 25th. With travel time it will make it very difficult to get to the show - although I am still hoping to get in one day. I'll shift my Tokyo visit to the week of the 19th.
