Maybe plan a pre-theatre dinner on Friday night...right near Broadway. I could do that, and Aaron too, if he joins me. Jason, Tindo? You guys up for something?
RVO on BROADWAY now there is a theme for a musical hit. I can see it now dancing Paphs and Phals.......
LOL! Have something nice to drink with dinner and you may yet see dancing Bruces and Julies!
I think I'm free that week, no night shifts scheduled.
Hi NYC and nearby folks. I have most of my NYC trip schedule:
April 17, Tuesday evening: MARY POPPINS
April 18, Wednesday evening: MOON/MISBEGOTTEN
April 19, Thursday evening: DROWSY CHAPERONE
April 20, Friday evening; CURTAINS
April 21, Saturday evening: EXITS AND ENTRANCES
This leaves all day on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday open to meet people at the Orchid Show. So, I guess the question is: Which day is the best for everyone? Friday night before CURTAINS would be fine, but we could all get together Saturday and have lunch just as well (and probably less expensive). My friend and I are planning to go to the show on Friday and Saturday, but I have time on Thursday as well. I want to work in some museums sections and a couple of long hours walking in Central Park, but for the most part, the very important part (well, the reason I got the grant anyway...heheheh) of my trip is now scheduled. Now for the REALLY important part... meeting friends from the forum at the orchid show!!
Let me know. I am really looking forward to it!
Saturday is good for me, but I am pretty flexible and can adjust it for a different day.
I'll be there on Sunday, maybe Saturday if I get lucky. I really enjoyed last years show, and hope to enjoy this years show. And its true, during the event the entire city, window shopes and people in the streets have orchids on display. Wonder what happens to them afterwards??
