These next shots were taken behind glass, so the quality suffers a bit, but they were such lovely plants, I couldn't not take their piccies.
Masd tridens is first, followed by Masd Tuakau Candy, a primary hybrid of calocodon x triangularis.
The next shot has Den victoria-reginae in the forground and Coel lawrenceana behind. I wanted a shot of the Coelogyne, because I have one that hasn't bloomed for me yet, and I'm every curious what to expect.
Finally, an aptly named Paph bellatumlum 'Jabba the Hutt'.
More to come later today...
Wow! I never would have guessed! Cyps in the big city. Impressive.
Those are great photos, I really likes the flowers of Trichopilia tortilis, and I loved the Jabba The Hut Paph - fantastic. The colour on the Den victoria-reginae was superb too.
This is the problem with shows - there's just so many great plants!!
You guys took a lot of the same pics I did. Only not blurry. lol
It was a great show and probably walked right past some of you. I was there Saturday Night just as the vendors were closing and again Yesterday at around 5:30 to get deals from the vendors. And I did. I got 1 free Pot. Cymbidium for $5 and an Slc and a Blc together for $15, another Phal for $15 and another Blc. for $10. Heheee.
Loving the Cyps, are they hardy plants that are grown outside?
Here are some of the photos I took (sorry for some duplicates)
