Smile Huntleye Meleagris

Hi Everybody.
Long time didnt post any picture try too but too busy. Here another species from South America under fans shape Huntleya Meleagris. I used floral foam and spaghnum moss as media for growing so far this plant very happy. Very nice flower looks like plastic, shiny and long lasting, and odourless. I already make seed pod which is very huge. It seem that this plant is hardy dont like to transfer but very big in size.

Wonderful photos and an amazing bloom. It does look very thick- almost fake and the top center of the lip (the white part) is really cool!

Cheers,
BD

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box. ...Hmmm? .

Sheesh that is waxey. Colour's beautiful. I especially like the closeup of the throat - looks like an evil mythical monster's lair to me.
