Any tips on growing this? It is the smallest orchid I have, my baby that I will have to baby. lol

Intermediate to warm temps, medium light levels. And as this is a broad leaved species, it needs less water than the terete species. I would grow it pretty dry, and make sure the roots dry out quickly after watering. No water should be allowed to stay at the roots.
