    Default Cryptochilus sanguinea

This is a cold to cool grower hailing from Nepal to Thailand. The typical species is blood red. I assume that the species is correct but I can't find enough info to confirm it as sanguinea. It may get more red with maturity, time will tell. The flower is about an 3/4 of an inch in length.

I like the close up photo! It appears that the older blooms are more red. I bet as the rest of the blooms open it will be come more red.

    Cheers,
