Epidendrum species
Another Peruvian species that has bloomed out for me...I have not had time to try to ID it. The plant stands about 2.5" tall with one or 2 terminal leaves and a terminal spike. The underside of the leaf is maroon. The flowers are about 5/8 ".

It is cute, Ron. It looks almost like glass.
Cheers,

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box. ...Hmmm? .

Oooo groovy. It is very transparent--I like the clear gel like substance of the petals.

It does not appear to be fragrant
The clear gel substance is water drops...I took the pic after watering
