You have great skills at both. I still love my calender you sent to me last year as a holiday gift. I just flipped to the last page this morning (December). It has been a delight all year long.

    Cheers,

oh yes, the calendar... what a wonderful gift Nelson! One that has been treasured and enjoyed throughout the year!

The Phal hieroglyphica month is finished and to the most popular Filipino Orchid - the Euanthe sanderiana!

    Thank you!

Oh and the reason I'm back at this post is because I had to look at that Ceratostylis again... I really like that colour!

Watch out, Nelson...Tim-O is sucking up big time. I think he's hoping for that Ceratostylis this Christmas in the mail!

I haven't been around much in the past months, but I always love catching a visit to the farm!

I'm glad the property is working out so well for you and your orchids - thanks so much for sharing it all with us! And I flipped to December yesterday too! One more month of eye candy to enjoy - thanks!

    lol... i wish, Mctroublemaker

oh if only the Quarantine and CITES laws weren't so prohibitive, I'd be all over the world buying flasks or seedlings of all the beautiful orchids... hmm, just realised I might not have enough space for all of them.

Default Maybe you can exchange plants with Mr. Jim Cootes

I had told him that someone from Sydney had an order for 20 copies and thus he became curious.

I think he has a lot of Philippine plants that had survived 6 months of quarantine.

actually i was at a recent orchid soc meeting where Mr Cootes gave a presentation on some of the philippine species... so many beautiful plants that i'd love... many of the tiny ones too... but I think warmer growing than what I can provide... and not enough Paphs!

actually i only need a Paph argus and I will have all the Paph species that come from there.
