    Smile Chysis limminghei

    Bought this stuff last year. Amazing about this flowers, smell exactly like jack fruit. Long lasting,in one pbulb. can come out 2 to 3 spikes. Flowers about 2 inches.

    Oneof the many benefits of being on this forum is the opportunity to see photographs of orchids I've never seen live. This is a wonderful example of that! It looks like it's very happy in your conditions, Zain. Great growing, and thanks for sharing.

    hi zain,
    lovely colors! is this species related to gramma? those white blooms are the new ones and then they change colors?

    I really like seeing the color change. At first glance I thought it was photos of different orchids. Well grown and bloomed, Zain!

    Rob, this guy is not under Grammathophyllum but related to catasetum from South America.
    The white one is Chysis bractascence which is the biggest flowers among the Chysis genera. I purposely showed this photo to share the different between the two species in term of size and color.Both have a nice perfume and very fresh.Zain

    Bruce it is different species, the white one is Chysis bractascence.
