Thank you for showing us beautiful flowering and your comment generous to me. I only know a little bit I have learned to cultivate these plants not much, but thanks.

Seems to not pulled so many leaves your plant? Before flowering sometimes there are some that lose all or part of the foliaje

    Hasta pronto

The Cynoches, some say it will flower male or female depending on the intensity of sunlight received, not yet confirmed.

But in my Catasetum maculatum saying the same thing , I know very well that this is not met.

How you got yours ..the sun or in the shade ?

Hi Ana, here almost toward midnight, again your info. very useful to me.I always put this plant under the tree, completely under the natural shade. I want to share with you last year I got Cyc. pentadactylon in same plant they got male and female flowers, how this thing happen? Probably the light that they received, all the times always give male flowers and very rare occasion give female flower. Probably I need to do some observation, one sample on high light and the other sample is low light, which one will induce female flower. Thanks again Ana.
