It's beautiful! If is blooming, you must be doing something right! Sorry I am not familiar with Miltonia yet, but is on my "to try" list... Good luck!

Such a lovely delicate color! I hear some of those like cooler temps...which is why I haven't tried them. It is too hot and humid here in the summer for the delicate cool loving orchids. Yours is very nice!

That is pretty. I noticed this morning our miltonia is in bud too.

Very nice . I can imagine it's hard to grow in your warm/hot climate! Good growing.

    Beautiful !
I have several, when the temperatures start to climb they go in more shade in the greenhouse. In the fall to a higher light area . .. Gin

That is a good idea, Gin. I always leave mine near the kool-cell. I wonder if it would do better with more light in the fall?

    Hi,

Can anyone tell me if Miltonia Cogniauxiae is a good candidate for growing INDOORS? I have a south facing window that provides bright light. I'm looking for a fragrant orchid for a novice. I'd appreciate any recommendations.

    Thank you.

Romulus, I put Cattleyas in my south bay window, that might be something to consider. Many of them are fragrant.

That's a pretty Miltonia. I went against my better judgement and brought home several Miltonias from Hawaii. Now I am totally stressed by them because Houston is way too hot to grow them, so I had to bring them into house, then worry about low humidity because AC is running.

Romulus, I agree with Cindi about cattleyas. Miltonia is beautiful, but not really novice orchids, IMHO.
