    Default the six-foot spike of Grammatophyllum wallisii

    At last, I think the spike is at its best. Time for the last photo before it deteriorates.
    The spike is taller than I am. There is no exact measurement.

    That is gorgeous! Could you share with me how you care for yours? Mine grows, but doesn't bloom. Do you have it in full sun? Do you fertilize it with the 5-5-5 formula?

    The plant is in a big pot with little porous media. In full sun. No fertilizer, ever. Only daily waterings.

    I used to scold it also, for just being there, with no achievements, hahaha. Until it bloomed.

    the size scares me and of course prohibits being grown here in Syd, Oz... so thanks for sharing this.
