Default white blooms - two Dends and one Eria

There are hundreds of Erias, probably close to 400. Eria vanoverberghii was named after a Belgian missionary priest.
Found in the Philippines at elevations of 300 to 1500 meters as a giant sized, hot to warm growing epiphtye with very elongate [1 m] pseudobulbs carrying strap shaped, acute, to 10" [25 cm] long, leathery leaves taht blooms on to 6, terminal, many flowered, to 10" [25 cm] long, racemose inflorescence. (IOSPE)
It is found in the highlands of Luzon and Mindoro islands.
Dendrobium auriculatum is found as a large sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte or lithophyte in the Philippines at elevations of 900 to 1000 meters with a smooth, greenish yellow stem carrying many, linear-lanceolate leaves around the lower portion of the stem that blooms in the summer and winter on a terminal, short, single flowered inflorescence with showy flowers arising close on a leafless cane. (IOSPE)
Dendrobium polytrichum is found in the Philippines in humid forests at elevations below 800 meters as a small to medium sized, hot growing epiphyte with slender, basally thickened stems carrying several, semiterete leaves that blooms in the spring and fall on a few flowered inflorescence arising on leafless canes and carry fragrant flowers. (IOSPE)
