    you have it on sphagnum and damp and not to cool ?

    It came with it's roots dessicated and never revived

    I´m sorry to hear it .

    But from time to time , I have a dead plant too .
    I´ve bought in March in Dresden a Maxillaria alpestris . It was the same.
    Dry roots and leaves , nothing to do
