    Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the alba form now called Aerides farmerii?

    I have both plants and my calayana just finished blooming after she sent out 15 long spikes last month! Whew! What a sight it was to behold .... and the scent was so powerful!

    of Aerides quinquevulnera is called Aerides quinquevulnera var farmerii.

    The alba form of Aerides odorata has no specific designation.

    I get the naming of the alba forms of the odorata and quinquivulnera all mixed up sometimes.
