    Howard, I like some Bulbos but Ron is crazy about Bulbo

    Lizgeo and Alplily NH, this is an intermedia or warm grower and it is not difficult.

    Too bad the bulbos are stinky things...my stapelia is the only stinky allowed. They are pretty...very pretty...just too stinky. I'll just admire your beauties from afar.

    Connie, I am not a Bulbo nut but not all of Bulbos are stinky. Some/few of them have nice fragrance and some of them has no odors. I don't think this one has stinky flowers but I have never smelled them.

    With my house (approx 650 sq feet, and I don't grow in my kids room :-) ) you don't need to smell them, the smell is EVERYWHERE. lol

    This is awesome Bulbo though, I love the color and shape of the flower.

    Tom is correct this one is not stinky...the majority of them are not. The genus get's a bad rap from the fragrance of a few

    Tom, guttulatum was my first Bulbo species that got me started in this genus!
