I have been using the feed since Sept 2009 so cannot say it is down to that even though i would like to .
I am doing it differently to Akernes recommendations also .
I just seem to have hit on to the growing conditions with these , so for this reason alone need to start collecting them.

    Regards Keith

    Hi Keith

Can you tell me what you have potted it in and any culture details. I have just been given a plant.

Hello Brett , at the time of the photo it was in a bark/sphag moss/perlite mix ,it is now in CHC only and still doing very well.It gets good light ,a little more light than my Masdevallias ,gets min temps of 10 c in colder months and highs of 90f absolute max in my greenhouse in summer ,i feed at every watering and mostly keep the mix moist all the time .When i first got it it was in a very small pot and used to sit it is a saucer with water in it all the time !I don't know yet if the re potting i did with it earlier in the year is going to set it back ,i hope not i will let you all know soon as it should be in the process of flowering soon
